What To Expect

Exams &
Deposits

In order to continue to be accessible to all clients and available to provide medical care to all pets, we ask that you confirm any scheduled appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time. When scheduling, we will collect a $30 appointment scheduling fee that will be applied to your visit when you come in. If you need to reschedule, the deposit will transfer to your new appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice in order to refund your deposit to allow us time to schedule care for another patient. Appointment confirmations can be done via text message or by calling the hospital directly.

Surgeries & Dentals

If your pet is scheduled for a surgery drop off appointment, please be aware that you will be assigned a specific appointment time to meet with the medical team to complete the surgery intake process. This appointment should take approximately 15 minutes and will provide you the opportunity to have one on one time with the surgical team to ensure all information about your pet’s procedure and all questions you may have are adequately reviewed and addressed.

Routine Care

It is recommended that all pets are seen at least yearly, and often every six months, in order to provide optimum care and prevent disease. Vaccinations, intestinal parasite control, heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention, bloodwork, dental care and nutritional evaluations are among the standardly recommended care for cats and dogs.

Payment Options

We require payment in full at the time of service, however we do have several payment options available. We take payment in the forms of cash, check, and all major debit and credit cards. We also partner with Care Credit, SurePay and Trupanion Insurance to offer
