Stephen Crane, DVM, MS, DACVP (Clinical Pathology)

Dr. Stephen Crane grew up outside of New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University, where he earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. After graduating from veterinary school in 2018, Dr. Crane completed a residency in clinical pathology and earned a Master’s degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign before becoming a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists in 2022.

Before joining Murray Animal Hospital, Dr. Crane worked as a diagnostic pathologist and is excited to now provide excellent patient care and build lasting relationships with clients and their pets. His professional interests include clinical pathology, oncology, infectious disease, and dentistry.

Outside of work, Dr. Crane enjoys working out, home-brewing craft beer, playing the drums, and exploring all that Utah has to offer with his fiancée and their Rottweiler, Yara.
